Baba Greg Hodge opened this year's event in a sacred manner with a drum call and pouring of Libation to honor the earth, the elements, and Ancestors from every culture and continent.
Our spoken word artists, sonically supported by the Richard Howell Quintet, addressed a range of local and global issues, calling us to move beyond injustice and separation toward healing, justice, and possibility...
The 2011 line-up featured: Paradise, Queen Jahneen, Chas Jackson, Aimee Suzara, Ghetto Prophet, and Lex.
